“Ich war für 2 Wochen Anfang März im Apartment im 2\. OG und kann die Ferienwohnung zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt, hat alles, was es braucht und der Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Um diese Jahreszeit ist auch noch nicht so viel Tourismustrubel und ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit und buche immer wieder gern bei Juan. Alles Notwendige ist fußläufig erreichbar und 3 Buslinien fahren ins Zentrum. Ich freue mich schon auf ein Wiedersehen und bedanke mich für……

“The stay was excellent! The apartment was spotless – probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. Great location, just a few minutes to the beach and with very easy transport connections to the city center. The only drawback was the noise at night from the street and some sounds from upstairs, but overall everything else was fantastic. ”

“We had the duplex top floor apartment. It is faultless, everything is perfect. It is very well maintained and very very clean. It has all the amenities you would need and more. Fully equiped kitchen with a dishwasher, utilities like washing machine and ironing board. The location is perfect, very quiet neighbourhood, still only 3 minutes to Plaza de la Merced and Picasso’s birth house.”

“Very clean rooms and bathroom. Very comfy large bed. Closet came with plenty of hangers and ironing board with ironer which was convenient as it was a work trip. There was a large bottle of water and small boxed orange juice on the counter which was a much needed relief given the heat from travelling all day. Excellent location as less than 5 minutes walk to the nearby local market / Mercado de Atarazanas and close walking distance to Malaga Centro Alameda station. Would definitely stay again……
