Rila Mountains Vacations from $327

Hotel Lion was in beautiful historic building conveniently located next to a metro station and within walking distance to most attractions in Sofia. There was a lovely cafe next to the hotel. In addition, there are many good cafes, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Staff were helpful. The only small issue was an odour from the bathroom even though my room and the bathroom were clean.

Very nice staff and room. The on site restaurant was also very good

It was ok, I had to change my room in the first place and the original room I was given, the plugs were coming of the walls. The new room I was given, the main room light doesn't work.. But if you are out and about - it is ok. Room are very spacious, but not very closed to the city centre. There are cafe and supermarkets 5 mins walk and about 15-20 mins to the tram station which will take you straight into the city,
