You're only 14 km from the Adriatic Sea and within easy reach of cultural landmarks in Recanati and Macerata, offering a rich mix of heritage, coast, and nature. The home is thoughtfully designed across multiple levels, offering privacy and comfort. It features two fully equipped open kitchens, multiple living and dining areas, and five bedrooms spread across the ground floor, mezzanine, and basement, each served by its own bathroom. The spacious garden is partially fenced and includes a private pool (8x5 m, open May–October), barbecue, sun loungers, and outdoor seating. Amenities like air conditioning, a washing machine, and even bicycles (available on request) ensure a relaxing stay for all ages.
