Shower was a little strange and had a hinge on the head that could sometimes turn and spray outside the shower. It is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood surrounded by neighbouring houses. Although the chalet has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and fully equipped, with 7 adults the house is a bit tight, but still cosy. "We had a high room with balcony view over the lake, view are partially obstructed and lower runs will likely have no views. The hotel is literally connected to the train platform, which makes access so easy, but Google Maps doesn't know that, which meant getting there was much harder than it needed to be, going down and up hill. The room was a good size for a European hotel, with comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful and we were given a local city pass that saved on transport and activities. The area is hilly, and the hotel is quite high above the lake front, so some walking or public transport is necessary, but we were happy with the location."
