Property was in a great location, newly renovated but having said that the building is also under renovation so be ready to wake up early with the tradesmen. At nighttime it would be great to leave the upstairs windows open as the property only has fans, but the noise from the bars and restaurants cancels the option of that out , so in summer be prepared to be hot. The downstairs bathroom has little coverage so if you’re having a shower the tradesmen can see in. Also be prepared to bring your own toilet paper we were left with half a roll and no hand soap . No instructions on where to leave rubbish. We were overall really disappointed, great location, yes newly renovated but dusty from workmen, quite a few wall points for power didn’t work.

Wonderful place

The apartment has a nice minimalist style with all the necessary comforts. The location is perfect for living a full experience of Montpellier center. We did not suffer from the noise of the pubs and restaurants in the square. The windows were isolating enough. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The best location in Montpellier!

The location is perfect, right in the heart of historical Montpellier. Easy access to magnificent artisan shops, the Castellane fresh produce market, galleries, museums and more. EN plus the apartment is quiet and you cannot hear the restaurant and bar noises.

Almost great

The apartment is a beautiful conversion in a classic Montpellier stone building, and is located in the very centre of the pedestrian heart of the city within a short walk of everything. The listing however is not quite accurate in that there isn't a dryer, although the washing machine is excellent, neither is there a fireplace or barbecue. A downside of the kitchen is that the cooktop has only two burners, which severely limits what you can cook. Fridge, oven etc. are fine. As for the third "bathroom", it actually consists of a bathtub and handbasin right in the upstairs bedroom. The owner doesn't live in Montpellier and isn't very available, which wasn't a problem for us because we speak French and know the city, but for others at least an information package would be good. Linens are adequate, but two of the mattresses aren't in great shape, and the pillows are frankly awful. Overall this apartment falls a bit short of excellence, but it's spacious and attractive, and the location is unbeatable.

Montpellier gorgeous apartment in the best location

Our family of 6 enjoyed our reunion in Montpellier. Perfect location, spacious apartment, renovated and comfortable. Very easy to communicate with the owner, excellent reception and quality. The apartment had fast wifi, new appliances and spacious rooms to gather. We would highly recommend this vacation rental. Merci Natalie!

Amazing location and host!

Très bel appartement idéalement situé

Appartement idéalement situé en plein cœur du quartier animé et piéton de Montpellier. L’appartement est décoré avec goût, il est bien équipé et la propriétaire est très réactive aux besoins et aux questions supplémentaires. Quelques bémols cependant: la propreté des sols et le lave vaisselle qui a fait défaut durant le séjour. Je recommande cependant !

AMAZING experience

We have been staying in this beautiful apartment since the beginning of September. It already started in a very pleasant way and we received a warm welcome from Melanie. It was easy to agree on an hour when we would get the key and she recommended a parking close by. The keys’ handover went very smoothly, so the check-in was a pleasant experience. If there were any minor problems or questions, Melanie replied very quickly and was always willing to help. On top of that, the apartment is in a great location and we would even say the most beautiful street in Montpellier. Montpellier’s main highlights are close by and you can visit them on foot, even the tram station is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. As for the apartment itself, it completely met our expectations. It is a spacious but at the same time very cosy apartment. It is nicely decorated and you immediately feel at home. All the rooms are clean and the main necessities are certainly there. It is very convenient to have a dishwasher and a washing machine. We could list many more positive things about this apartment, but if we had to say it in one sentence we would say that it is the most pleasant apartment that we have seen in Montpellier, and thanks to this nice stay, we will only look back with a smile on our face. Highly recommended for people looking to spend some time in Montpellier.
