“Security exceeds our expectations, as guests have to ask the reception to open the front door via the speaker before checking in, and to beep the room cards before entering the hotel after checking in. Room is large, cosy and clean overall. However, one of the two TVs cannot receive signals, and there's leftovers by previous guests in the fridge-freezer. It's nice to swim in the swimming pool, and it'll be better if the adjacent jacuzzi works. Overall speaking, booking a room with……

“okay and okay ”

“Chambre propre et hôtel bien situé”

“Excellent emplacement Chammbre sympatique et pratique”

Very close to Toulouse train station , just 5 minutes walk. Surrounding environment are safe and clear, with lot of restaurants and grocery store. About 15 minutes, you can reach Capitol of Toulouse. The hotel is the center of Toulouse, you can easily go to the parks, shopping area. If you have time, take……

“The room was clean but the bathroom needed a deeper clean, especially the shower. We had one tea cup in our room, requested another one early in the morning, returned late in the afternoon and had to request a cup again at reception. The rubbish bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied and there was one tea bag for 2 people. A notice informed us to wash up glasses and tea cups but there was no drainer or tea towel. The only form to fill in for breakfast had already been used by the previous……
