"A beautiful home that worked great for our family of 14 (grandparents, parents, adult children) and our yellow lab. We visited Mammoth cave (highly recommend domes and dripstones tour!)."

"We made a mistake in timing and ended up getting to the property late-- it's a little hard to find in the dark, and we apparently aren't good with electronic locks. But the host answered our phone call immediately, was super easy to communicate with, and once we figured that all out, we loved the cabin. It is in a wooded area and on the shore of the lake, so you need to be prepared it won't be spotless (that is impossible), but it was beautiful, well- stocked, and the beds were clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed having so many beds to choose from (with 5, it's rare they can ask have their own space like they could here) and loved the kayaks and swimming in the lake. I wish I could bring the shower home with me (the kids loved it too)! We made great use of the grill and overall had a great time. If you want the feeling of seclusion while still being near people just in case, and if you want a nice house on the water to get away for awhile, I recommend considering this property. "

"The pool area needed work. Its an indoor pool that needed the AC fixed. It was a sauna in there. Also the bottom of the pool looked like it had mildew on it."
