We did have an issue with the internet for tv, and our hosts did reimburse us some money. Very kind of them. Sitting on the porch overlooking the river was my tv. Wonderful experience. This was a well-appointed 2-room new cabin with all the necessities that you'd have expected from a motel (Wi-fi, tv, A/C, ceiling fans, frig, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, even a dishwasher, hot shower, etc). Very quiet - it's in the middle of farmland, perhaps a mile from the lake. There's patio furniture on a deck, overlooking a fenced-in small yard (good for a dog, not sure about kids).
