"We stayed at the farmhouse for a weekend in April to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. The owners allowed us to check in early so we could decorate for the surprise. I was so excited to see that they left "feed" for us to feed all the animals. We had 4 kids all together, ages ranging from 9 to 14, and they loved feeding the animals and fishing in the pond. The back enclosed patio was perfect for us to gather and play board games. I highly recommend for a great time!"

"The home is beautiful and inviting. It was nice and peaceful. Having the outside grill was awesome. We stayed at the house Saturday night made steaks on the grill it was great. It was cool watching the cows and the babies"

"We rented Andrew's place for our daughter's wedding at the Beverly Mansion and our stay was very nice. The house is large and was able to accommodate the wedding party for the rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding. No one felt crowded and the dinner turned out great - the driveway is difficult to see at night so we put up a banner at the end it and everyone made it first try. "We were really impressed by the space and the setting of this home on the hill. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We played pool, walked the dirt country road, and our dog loved the fenced in yard. It's close to Mount Vernon, Kenyon College, Mohican Park, Kokosing Gap Trail, and several golf courses."

"We loved our stay in Apple Valley! This was our first time using VRBO. The host was very responsive and kind. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more! The updated interior was both beautiful and comfortable. I enjoyed the local artists work displayed throughout the home-such a nice touch! Plenty of extra blankets including throw blankets in the living room. Although we only stayed a weekend I miss drinking my coffee with a view of the lake. Highly recommend!"
