“The location to the castle is 2 nd to none. A 5 minute walk is all it takes to be at the castle. We booked for Bastille Day. Spent the day walking around . We had lunch then returned to 514 , showered and changed. Returned to the castle for supper . Watched the fireworks display which was breathtaking. Fantastic location.The room was clean and equipped with fridge, 2 ring hob, microwave, coffee maker ( one pod machine and also a filter machine) Well worth a visit and great value for money.”

“We stayed at this property for 2 weeks in August 2024. It is a lovely house with a gorgeous pool. The host Susan is the perfect mix of present but unobtrusive.
The surrounding area has so much to do, from caves and underground chasms to beautiful villages and Mediterranean beaches.
Highly recommend!”

“Great welcome from Sandra and Fred who gave us access to property 2.5 hours before check in time. They were friendly , helpful and generous throughout our stay. (Do try The food especially Fred’s signature apple cake.) Apartment comfortable and great for a few days rest half way through out our around France. The 48 steps to the flat plus 18 to the bedrooms will keep you fit! Enjoyed Carcassone and La Cite. A great stay!”

“My partner and I have just spent a most enjoyable week in Carcassonne staying at this apartment. The apartment is ideally located overlooking Place Carnot.The apartment is very comfortable and has everything that you need for an enjoyable stay. "Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel."
