“It was a lovely property in a great location. The owner was really easy to communicate with and the beach and coastal walk were beautiful.There was some scaffolding at the property which the owner inform us of beforehand. This was not being used. There were some early works on a flat downstairs but we let the owner know and they let us know it would be handled.I would stay again”

“Fabulous apartment! Beautiful views of Swansea Bay. Close to all amenities and just across the road from Verdi's restaurant. Rather tight getting into the undergroundparking bay. But otherwise a wonderful apartment that I would certainly consider renting again.”

“We stayed here for 5 nights during my daughter's graduation from Swansea University. The property is really well set up with every amenity you would need. It was spotlessly clean. Location in Mumbles is terrific with a short walk to the center of town, be aware that like manyseaside locations the return walk in up a hill. There is a local taxi stand / Ubers should anyone not wish to walk back. Our host was simply wonderful, great communication and very accommodating. Thank you ”

“Caswell Bay Beach Chalet was a lovely little property on a quiet holiday park in a leafy valley setting. Clean and tidy with modern fittings throughout. Superb location within a stone's throw of the beautiful Caswell Beach. Easy access to Langland and the rest of the Gower by car. There is a bus into Mumbles and Swansea if you don't have a car. Top communication with Margaret the host. Would certainly use again. Thank you.”

“Emma's place was tastefully decorated, appropriately equipped and absolutely spotless. I especially enjoyed the helpful hints scattered around the flat in picture frames; a great alternative to the usual binder of house rules. An unplanned technical issue was dealt with immediately and professionally. Boardwalk, restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. We can sincerely recommend this gem of a holiday flat.”
