Beach House 101 - Oceanfront Complex (Oceanview Unit) in Garden City Beach

Come see the new updates in Beach House 101! New furniture, accent walls and a bathroom remodel are a few of the changes that make this a great vacation rental. The Beach House condominium complex is located on the ocean just a half mile north of the Garden City Pier. #101 accommodates 6 with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa. First floor so only a few steps with a view of the pool and ocean from your balcony. 52" TV in the living area. Great pool and deck area with furniture. No smoking or pets allowed. Stack laundry unit located in bedroom hallway.

Beach House is located 0.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story oceanfront complex offers units with not only direct ocean front views, but units with side ocean views and pool views. Enjoy an oceanside outdoor pool that is open from Easter – October 1. Soak up the sun on the complex's sundeck or step right down to the sandy beach and enjoy the Atlantic Ocean. Unit amenities vary and for your convenience, there is a coin-operated laundry facility on site. There is no elevator at Beach House. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, boats, trailers, and pets are not permitted.

Perfect for beach relaxation

This was perfect for beach relaxation. First floor condo with view of pool and slight view of ocean. Perfect if only using the bedrooms to sleep and not the living room area. The futon is so uncomfortable to even sit on and is very worn. We sat mostly on the deck if not at the beach. The owners closet has many beach chairs so we did not have to purchase or rent any. The pier and couple of restaurants are within walking distance.

Beach House 101

It is an older property. I've not given a 5 star review due to the carpet that needs to be cleaned or replaced and because the futon is most uncomfortable. No one used it for sleeping, but it is horrible for just sitting on. The owners have left a nice closet full of beach items to use - chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles etc. The kitchen is well equipped. The patio is very small, but quite cute.

Perfect for my family of 5

This condo was just what my family needed! Garden City Beach is very family friendly. The condo was very convenient to the beach. It overlooked the pool with a beautiful view of the beach. Multiple outdoor showers and cleaning stations were nice. We cooked several meals in the condo to save money eating out. I would definitely rent this again!

Location was great. Beach chairs and toys were not listed/advertised, however they are in the condo! A pleasant surprise. Twin beds were very comfortable. Cute, convenient condo. I would recommend this for a small family.
