This beautiful Carolina beach Home sleeps 12 people. (All pricing is based on 12 people per rental. I can accommodate up to 14 with prior approval. Each additional person over the number of 12 is an extra $75 per individual). The home includes 5BR,4.5 BA, an expansive patio, recreation room, and off street parking for 5 cars. The rooms are tastefully decorated in a 'beachy' decor to provide the renter with an instant feel for a beach vacation atmosphere.

We include thoughtful amenities such as golf carts (2), bicycles (7), a recreation room with a 42"tv, ping pong, and shuffleboard. Beach towels (15), beach chairs (10) , and beach games and boogie boards are also included.

CANCELLATION POLICY. YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND IF YOU CANCEL 90 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. AFTER THAT WE WILL PROVIDE YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT ONCE THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN RE-BOOKED AFTER YOUR CANCELLATION. WE WILL WORK WITH YOU AND MAKE EXCEPTIONS.

Other on-site amenities include a fitness area, golf (par 3, 18 hole course, driving range & practice area), basketball and shuffleboard.

A short ride to the beach in golf carts from within the community brings you to a protected parking area at the beach. Once there you can enjoy the beach and dine at the Conch Restaurant. The Conch Restaurant is located on the beach and includes an outdoor dining deck with beautiful views of the beach and ocean.

The beach is not the only amazing vacation experience you can enjoy from renting our home. The golfing courses within a 20 minute drive are some of the best in the Myrtle beach area. The surrounding Myrtle Beach area contains over 100 golf courses of all price ranges within a 45 minute drive.

If golf is not your interest or you want to experience the combination of fine and casual dining, recreational water activities, or sport fishing then Murrells Inlet is a short 15 minute drive away to the south. I strongly urge you to visit this area.

Just a 15 min drive to the north is Broadway at the Beach. This and other areas within a 10 minute driving radius includes opportunities for waterparks, outlet shopping, casual dining, night clubs, and live entertainment shows.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

1. Make sure golf carts are plugged in and charging. 2. Clean out the fridges 3. Clean the grill if used 4. Set Thermostat to 73 degrees cool 5. Leave side door keys on counter

1. Shake out the sand from the beach towels completely before washing. Then fold them and put them back in the bin. 2. Place sheets and towels in downstairs foyer. DO NOT include duvets and shams.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If there is any evidence of smoking in the house there will be an automatic $250 charge to mitigate the smell for future guests. Not negotiable.

There is a no motorcycle policy for renters.

The cancellation policy is 90 days before your stay. Please refer to the lease agreement.
