“The host was very nice and he did reply quickly with any questions, however, when we arrived on time the cleaning crew was still there and we had to wait over a half an hour of time we paid to rent, did explain and apologize for the inconvience due to the last people checking out late. Which was fine, but I did pay for that time and we left before the due check out.There was no paper towels or toilet paper, no dish soap, we had to make a run and buy the supplies including towels, left 1 small...

“Great location and great hosts! My husband, myself, and our toddler had an excellent time. Owners are on site but we didn't notice them at all. We did bring a playpen and toddler dishes/silverware. They provide beach toys, towels, and beach towels. The golf cart was excellent to get around Oceanside Village and to the beach. We have no complaints and are already planning to return next Summer. Plus young children love seeing Santa! We have had a wonderful time!”

“Beautiful property located right on the ocean. Rental provided space for everyone in my family to spread out including our 2 toy poodles. Views of the ocean are just stunning and the boardwalk was in great shape. There are also thoughtful touches throughout the house with decor being nice but not overly done. My family loved the 2 balconies. We also used the heated pool several times.The owners were very accessible via text through our entire stay. Would highly recommend.”

“The stay was great. Property was just as described, clean and convenient. There was access to four nice beach, chairs and tons of toys for everyone. I loved having the half bath downstairs to prevent tracking sand in and out of the house throughout the day.My only concerns were the need for more towels and wash rags. Also the blinds in the front left bedroom need to be replaced in order to open and close them.I would definitely stay there again with no questions asked.”
