Disfrute de una experiencia de vacaciones maravillosas en nuestra casa de playa. One Ocean Place es el destino perfecto para su familia vacaciones en la playa - 2 piscinas, 2 jacuzzis, estacionamiento cubierto, puerta de entrada, y seguridad las 24 horas. Esta impecable de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños amplio (1.600 sq. Ft.) Condominio ofrece una vista impresionante de la playa y el océano desde la 6ª planta. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama king-size y tiene una vista que le permite ver el sol de la mañana se levantan del océano sin levantar la cabeza de la almohada! El baño principal tiene un gran jacuzzi para recargar sus baterías. Dormitorio # 2 tiene una cama de matrimonio y dormitorio # 3 está equipada con 2 camas individuales. Cada habitación tiene su propio cuarto de baño privado completo (baño reina tiene bañera y ducha) y ventiladores de techo. Si necesita capacidad adicional para dormir, el sofá en el salón se abre en una cama doble. Un bebé Pack 'N Play también se puede proporcionar a petición. Very clean, very comfortable, very nice floor plan, and only a few steps from the sand! We loved waking up to a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony each morning and ending the night on the balcony, listening to the waves. So very relaxing! It is in a very convenient location for walking, shopping and dining. The property is well equipped with everything you need to be “home away from home”! The kitchen, bath, and bedrooms have everything you need to be comfy and relaxed! There is an elevator on the property and also gate key passes to get in or leave, and to also access the pool and the beach, which I loved! We stayed the last week of October 2024, which is our favorite time of year to be at the beach. The weather was beautiful! The owner, Bob Leckie, was awesome! He was very helpful with any questions we had as well as making sure all went smoothly with our arrival and our accommodations. I would highly recommend this property! ##### Janet P. Due to the size of the complex, I had questions about the walk from the unit to the beach. Bob explained it to me and his description was right on. It was quick and easy. I would also note that the complex does not feel nearly as large as it appears in the pictures. We enjoyed nightly firework shows from the balcony. At any time of day, the view of the beach from the unit is gorgeous. The unit was nicely furnished and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The beds were the most comfortable we found compared to any previous vacation rental. As an added bonus, the owners were very friendly and helpful. ##### Joseph F. Very clean. I did not have to clean one thing when I went in. Nice to have a beach chair per payed for the week. There were beach toys for kids. We did not bring any kids this trip. Everything is up to date. Owners are very nice to talk to. Over all very enjoyable and one of my best pick to stay. ##### Lisa W. Very clean and property has all you could want or need for your vacation! Property owners are very friendly and the extra perk of having the chairs and umbrella on the beach every day was fabulous! View was spectacular as the sun rose and sun set and all time in between. We like staying in the Leicke's condo because they are friendly and always make sure we are satisfied with our stay. Bob was very helpful and his communication was top notch. The condo was beautiful and all the things you could possibly need were there. The views from the oceanfront balcony were gorgeous. Great view and layout for our family- condo has everything you need! Beds are comfortable, kitchen is stocked, place is immaculately clean and best is the view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Bob is a pleasure to rent from- seamless and easy! Turns out, this place even exceeded our expectations. THE VIEW! Comfort and all the luxury 3 adult couples could ask for in an oceanfront beach vacation.
