We had the pleasure of spending five wonderful nights at the W Hotel, and from the very first moment until the last, we were truly pampered. What makes this hotel so special is not only its stunning surroundings and unique atmosphere, but above all, the people who work there. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality are simply outstanding. You can truly feel the care and passion they put into making every guest feel special. It's the countless little details that make all the difference. Every corner of this hotel reflects an incredible dedication to excellence. Simply sensational! This was our second stay, and one thing is already certain: there will definitely be a third! A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

Great breakfast options. Staff made tremendous effort with my daughter for her 30th birthday, providing cakes for her and wishing her happy birthday. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was great size so plenty of space and poolside dining was useful.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
This is not my first stay at W Muscat, and my previous experiences have generally been very positive. However, during this visit, the room service response time was noticeably slow, and in some instances, calls were not answered at all. The staff are usually exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and warm, which has always been one of the hotel’s strongest qualities. Unfortunately, this visit felt noticeably different in that regard. That said, the quality of the food remained very good, and the overall experience was still enjoyable.
