Let me first state that the outside of the hotel is tidy. Then you step inside. The SMELL was terrible. Musty, old smell. Let start with that fact the POLL was closed. No notification of that. Lame in my opinion. The halls had carpet that were old and so is the woodwork and doors. Walk into the rooms and they are less than par. Dirt behind the beds, Sink so tiny. The refrigerator was good sized. Now 1 rented 3 rooms. 2 rooms for 3 adults...1 room with 3 adults and 1 child. One of our rooms was NOT EVEN CLEANED YET, and they gave us the key. Desk wanted to argue and then said we had to pay $20 extra for the 4th adult. Why didn't i have to pay this reservation or was stated. Because I clearly had 3 adults and 1 child on the reservations. She would not give us a new cleaned room until we did so. How terrible!!! It might be closer to the stadium BUT this is a poor choice for staying. Customer Service especially when you give me a DIRTY uncleaned room, like beds not made or anything. We did not take part in the breakfast because frankly we had dealt with enough and JUST wanted out of there. The location is great but I would stay away from there. And not even if you book 4 just know your going to pay for the 4th when you get there apparently, even if its a child. Makes no sense!! Sooo disappointed!!! We spent close to $750 for poor service and trash!
