Fantastic location in downtown Appleton! Easy parking in the public lot adjacent to the hotel and also plenty of metered parking on the street. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely return!

Booking through a third-party agency, you have to be careful about the property fees. I suggest booking through the app but I also recommend that you contact the property so you can discover or prepare for additional cost that Expedia does not require you to pay. Overall, the concierge Matthew, had a lot of patience with me and helped me navigate through those costs so that might stay would be as pleasant as it was.

We got to the hotel and there is no parking. You have to park in a city ramp for a fee. We got to our room and the toilet was not cleaned. We went back to front desk and checked out. We had prepaid for two nights. Didn't stay any of them. Expedia contacted hotel and they refused to refund for room not used. Stay away from this hotel!
