We checked in right away at 3. I asked for a first floor room and they did give it to me. It's not a 5 star hotel so it is what it is. There were weird bugs crawling on the wood floor. Our room was not carpet. Shower had cobwebs and there were spiders in the shower with me. Walls were cracked. It was a little creepy.

It's a nice place to stay on the cheap and would be even better for a family becasue of the indoor pool and atrium. I was there for business travel and found everything to be dated and in need of upkeep, including the parking lot and my room. My nightstand had glue on it. The plug on the lamp didn't work and when I moved it if found nothing but nastiness underneath it. The toilets are the old small kind. The place smelled clean, which was nice, but they need to update furnishings and carpet. The bed was comfortable. The television had the old style "so slooooow" cable. Takes like 10 seconds to change a channel and nowhere to tell you what channel is what so you can use the clicker to go right to ESPN or whatever.

The hotel is just clean enough to be passable, but is in desperate need of updates. The pool ceiling leaked while it was raining, many areas of broken flooring in the pool area. The room was ok, just ok enough to not switch hotels. There is HUGE room for improvement in the breakfast! It was barely edible. The powdered eggs were not scrambled so they were just a big blob you had to cut a chunk off. They tasted so bad. Then there were pancakes (basic, good enough) and sausage links (again, just good enough). We skipped the free breakfast after our first day because it was so gross! They should at least put out some cereal, it’d be better than the eggs!

Paid for room months in advance through Expedia then showed up to check in and was told there were no rooms due to overbooking. Also told we had to contact Expedia for refund, hotel couldn't help with anything. Contacted Expedia and they were incredibly helpful. Thank you Expedia! Stay away from this Clarion Inn though, terrible customer service.

The walls were thin, thus it was noisy. The traffic pattern getting around the property was unusual & not always easy to figure out. The room was good, just too noisy for too late.

We stayed at the facility for a week and found the staff there very friendly and accommodating. It has a great pool area with a salt water pool, hot tub, pool table and foosball table. There was on site laundry which was useful with staying for a week. Vending machines with drinks and snacks located near the pool. Our room was large and clean. I also liked having a far and restaurant connected to the hotel. We will definitely be using this location again for our future stays in town.

Overall Clarion was okay. I liked the saltwater pool and hottub. Plus there was an exercise room and breakfast included but I never used either. The downside was that the bed was very uncomfortable. It slanted to one side and had a depression in it. Also, the key cards stopped working at one point and I had to get them reactivated. Not a big deal but very strange. Management was nice and helped me get this straightened out.
