I'm sure sea-facing rooms are nicer, mine looked out over a back yard with junk in it, and with the window open I could hear an extractor fan from the kitchen (I believe), so pay attention to room location!"

Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door.
Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold.
Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention.
Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. "

"This property is a perfect bolt hole for anyone looking to explore the south west tip of Cornwall. It’s just 20 or so minutes from the train and main bus station. The house is well equipped with leaving you everything you’d need for a trip away. The kitchen has all the tools you could want and there’s even two sitting rooms with TV’s in them. "The room was tiny so it was a bit difficult to have two suitcases in it. Maybe shelves instead of the closet would be more workable for couples. The bathroom was the smallest but most functional I've ever had. Alan was really helpful with the map to find the best places about and tide table for visiting St Michaels Mount.
