It’s an ideal home for a large family, offering plenty of communal space to gather while still providing private areas for quiet relaxation. "We appreciated that this rental was true to its listing in terms of bedrooms/beds and baths, as we had a group of 10 men. The accommodations were very nice and the check-in/check-out process was very simple. Location was in a very nice neighborhood with easy access. Only drawback - signing a contract due to HOA (should be covered by vrbo agreement and insurance) and the fact that it took 3 weeks to see if I would get my deposit back - far too long for them to consider a claim for damage (again, we had the insurance). Overall, we gave this 5-stars for the accommodations, but they need to ditch the paperwork and extended deposit recovery. "
