"The staff are friendly and service is good. Room is just enough for us to move around and the hot spring is easy to access with good value. The breakfast is extremely good and you won't regret."
"It's located at a short walking distance from a subway station, and the area has plenty of eateries, and right near the lobby is a good size cafe. Staff are friendly and helpful, and room size is quite good by Japan city standard and well maintained and modern. Breakfast is available separately but rather expensive so not tried."

"Great hotel, took us a bit to find it but that was only because we had to figure out the labyrinth of tunnels from the train station. Appreciated the fact that it had laundry facilities. "
"Given the price, this is a great place to stay, breakfast is good, location is terrific! Close to the train station, close to many of the main Osaka attractions, close to where most day tours depart, close to food, clubs, bars and anything you may need. The only minor thing I didn't give 5 stars for conditions and facilities is that the bed and pillow were a little too hard, I understand this is kind of a budget stay but if these could be changed for a softer mattress and pillow, this would be by far the best place to stay in the area."
"The hotel was lovely, the room was a nice size and the buffet breakfast was great. The most exciting part is the convenience to the metro station. It was right at the top of the stairs, which made it extremely convenient to get to any destination in or around Osaka. I highly recommend this hotel!"
"Amazing room and so spacious for Japan. Very easy to walk down the road and jump on the train to get to all the locations we needed to.
Very simple check-in and check-out process which is great."
