Welcome to ‘Southern Breeze’ located just 0.7 miles north of the Surfside Pier! This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath professionally decorated 2400+ square feet home is less than a block away from the beautiful Surfside Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Well-equipped kitchen with tile floors, all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware, and utensils to prepare and serve meals. Two master suites each with king beds and private bathrooms with double vanities. Double-covered furnished porches are great for relaxing. Step out the back door for your own private large 20' x 14' pool. Exterior amenities include a furnished pool area, a picnic table, an exterior shower, and parking for four vehicles. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

Quiet place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was adequate for our needs. Carpet and paint was pretty rough. The pool light was out which made it unsafe at night. We contacted the office on arrival day and were told someone would be out. The pool cleaner said and electrician was needed. It was never fixed. The pool was only cleaned once as far as we saw and that was on Monday. It’s a great space. The location if good as we would stay here again. Have always been pleased renting from sea star realty.

It was an awesome place to stay! Loved the beach at Surfside!

It was beautiful! We had a wonderful time! Other than the washer and drying not working day one and had to wait till Monday to have it fixed, it was the perfect house for our family! We loved the room that we had and the pool was small but just enough room to play and swim in.

A little outdated the house has cosmetic issues

Good location but previous renters of 2 months failed to tell realtor of water leak so first night there ceiling in dinning room caved in from water damage so next 4 days we had contractors coming in and out every morning said we didn't have to be there but with 10 people someone was always there to look after our belongings also after talking with realty company about issue they bluntly stated maintenance issue we had to deal with it would not recommend sea star realty ever very rude customer communication
