Property managers did not ever respond to my message. Upon calling I found out we were to be at their office the next beach over for check-in. Since we weren't there by 6:00 keys were left in a box outside. When we entered the condo the smell of Pine Sol was STRONG so if that bothers you don't stay here. Property seemed clean enough. Toilet paper was one ply, first world problems I know, but that was disappointing. Showers had great water pressure for rinsing long hair. One of the toilets had no water to it so it couldn't be used. I'm not sure why cleaners didn't catch this and we weren't informed. So everyone used the bathroom in the master bedroom. The unit seemed newly renovated within the past year. All of the paint, furniture, appliances, bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, seemed updated. It met our needs for the week. The only downfall/area of improvement could be the initial cleanliness. When we arrived, there was dirt/dust/crumbs on the floor and we had to re-sweep and scrub the floor whenever we arrived. There was also a very strong musty odor to the unit. So much so that we had to go out and buy air fresheners to use during our stay. This should be addressed by the owners/management company as the musty smell was overwhelming.
