Things that could’ve been better was it looked as if they patched up some spots on the walls but were not painted. Also, if you want fresh bath towels there is a 50 charge. Things that were inconvenient but don’t feel the host could help were: the air doesn’t work the greatest, we were freezing when air was on and got hot as soon as it turned off; their is a trick to being able to take a HOT shower, however, once was told the trick it was easier to take one; and lastly, this was supposed to be a non-smoking resort and everytime i went on the balcony that is all i could smell. The check-in process was very simple. I wouldn’t even call it a “process”. We were give codes to the parking garage and room door. The parking garage was attached against the building so you could literally park on your floor level and walk right to your room. The room itself could have been a little cleaner.But the best part of my experience was the great customer service! I was able to message Julie with any questions or needs, and she was quick to respond and help. I left an irreplaceable item that meant a lot to me in the room after we checked out. When I realized a few hours later, I called to see if the cleaning crew had found it. They did locate the item and brought it to their office in Myrtle Beach.
