- The unfenced pool is not secured for small children, and they should be supervised at all times in the area
- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. Cameras 1 and 2 are on each side of the house, facing the perimeter. Camera 3 is at the front of the home, facing the yard. Camera 4 is at the back of the home, facing the gate/yard. Camera 5 is at the back of the home, facing the pool. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras continuously record video only
- There is an optional pool heat fee of $35/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). Because the pool and spa heaters are connected, the spa will only be heated if the pool heat fee is paid. Pool/spa heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours before arrival

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Don’t rent this house

When we arrived, the house smelled of mold and the surfaces were covered with dust and grime. The back patio area was covered with rodent feces. We foolishly prepaid for the pool/spa heat not knowing that the heating unit was ancient and inoperable. When we contacted the property manager asking for help- his recommendation was to ask for a refund. As of today, the owner refuses. Stay away- we have rented better rentals in North Naples through other agencies.
