Beautiful hotel. Tigress Restaurant was really tasty! Had evening beverages on a couple nights at the 7th floor open-air bar. Delightful. Everything is new, staff was very helpful. I didn't know the TV system and couldn't get channels. Mentioned it to the desk staff at 9:30 PM. While I was in the library area reading, the TV was "fixed" with ESPN waiting for me when I returned at 10 PM. All employees were super cordial. Had a great drink from the main pool area's bar while getting some sun. Enjoyed a morning coffee under the large umbrella in the dock area. Room was very clean, balcony was nice - 3rd floor, west end, overlooking the pool. I highly recommend this hotel and will be returning in the fall for another visit (mom moved to Estero).
