Comfortable room within 15 minutes of driving from IU

8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (27)
"Bed is waterbed. One bed only. Recliner is the second stated bed. Owner did offer an air bed if recliner is not good enough. AC is weak. Very warm summer nights. AC in bathroom is stronger so had to keep bathroom door ajar at night. Host is nice. Ok with pets (even though description says pets are allowed, host requested an advanced notice of bringing a pet). Nice neighborhood. Close to campus. 12-15 minutes driving. "

When is the best time to book a Bed & Breakfast in Nashville?
The best time to book a B&B in Nashville is during the vibrant months of September, when the summer heat begins to ease and the city comes alive with an array of cultural events. During this period, temperatures generally range from the mid-60s to mid-80s Fahrenheit, offering pleasant weather for exploring iconic neighborhoods like Music Row or the trendy East Nashville.
