“Property was very well appointed and comfortable. Since a trip to the winery is always our first stop we appreciated the built in wine fridge! It was very quiet and relaxing. Though close in proximity, neither of us heard the other get up and move around the apartment in the mornings. Full of thoughtful touches, such as the goody baskets on the counter and soft comfy throws to snuggle under. All the main streaming apps were downloaded to the tvs. Appreciated that both bedrooms had televisions....

“This was a lovely, well appointed condo in a gated community in the country just south of Bloomington. It has a large deck looking out onto Lake Monroe. Four of us went for the Eclipse and it was a good experience. Everyone at Hills O' Brown, the company that rents it, was very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am and, overall it was quite peaceful. It was a nice place to get away from it all for a few days and I'd recommend it.”

“Spacious, solid upstairs apartment (it's over a marijuana shop and a tattoo parlor, neither of which were a bother in any sense) in a really convenient location for visiting the IU campus. Many ethnic restaurants within very easy walking distance. Functionally equipped rather than decorative; cramped bathroom space. The advertised "Spa/Hot tub" was nowhere in evidence - there's no bathtub at all - and the claimed "on-site parking" doesn't exist. We were lucky to find parking meter spaces...

Also, I had planned on taking a nice soak in the clawfoot bathtub but there was a heavy residue of bath salts all inside it (which I'm sensitive to) and my...
