We just wish that they made more of an effort to explain why we couldn’t make a change to our reservation when the unit was available the night we needed. They just said no rather than explaining why they couldn’t try to accommodate us. We have just experienced much better service and communication at other places with other companies. So we will not be renting from this company again. The place is nice and as long as you are sure you won’t have to change anything about your reservation you will probably be fine renting here. We just prefer a more welcoming and understanding host that tries their best to accommodate.

Our cottage in Nashville IN. was exactly as described. It had every amenity we needed. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our local wine on the private patio. The location was perfect for walking everywhere we wanted to go, except the State Park. The fall foliage was spectacular. This was a perfect Fall Get-a-way.

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway for my husband and me. The house was spotless, well done, and comfortable. The location was perfect - an easy walk to everything in Nashville. This property did not disapoint! This house was in such a great location, right off the main drag of all the shops and resturants. Yet we still felt it was very private. The house had everything we needed and the outside area was ideal for our dog that came with us (the fence did have some gaps at the bottom in one corner so be aware if you have a smaller dog they could potentially fit through). We will definatly be coming back to stay here again!

Brown Co Getaway
My oldest had a desire to do some hiking and see the trees turn. Brown Co is the place to be for that! What made this property do it for us was the insanely close proximity to the main shopping areas, while still being in a private area of downtown Nashville. It’s just a good thing we didn’t bring the pickup truck. We would have come home with MUCH more than we did. The property was quaint, and very well appointed. It met every need for our little family. The girls LOVED being roommates for a couple days. Perfect updates to this small house were tasteful and extremely useful.
