Room 420 toilet not secured to the floor and did not flush well.

It was very easy to check in the staff are friendly and the rooms are very clean. This was our second time staying at the Avid hotel and everything was perfect.

The resort is changing for the better. However, internet connections and tv options especially for younger visitors at night is very much lacking. Having all details about the resort on phone codes will be difficult for some seniors who may not be computer savvy. Finally, garbage disposal in the garage should be better identified. We did t know what to do until we finally called the front desk. Those are the only suggestions I offer. The stay was incredible the restaurant we visited was very good and the spa , market and petting zoo were terrific. Love the resort. Fall on weekends appears to be the least active time of the year. Regardless, it was a perfect family outing!! Thank you.
