What we got was a lovely experience, friendly owners, nice room and tasty breakfast tucked away in a quiet neighborhood close to the river and unique places to choose from for dinner. Fair price and overall would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area. The Inn is full of antiques and many other things to look at. "

"Amazing antiques & flowers all around mansion & carriage house. They are still working on completing the renovations which was good for us because we got to go thru all the rooms & see all the furnishings. When we arrived Expedia hadn't notified staff (Dave & Pete) that we were coming but we had made reservations within an hour-ish before. So, our room hadn't been cleaned. We went to dinner & came back to a clean room. We really didn't like the shower, the curtain sticks to your body no matter...

"The staff were excellent and attended quickly to our every need. The rooms were spacious. The full kitchen was wonderful and we had our home cooked meals right in our room. The bed and room were very comfortable. It was located close to all the historical sites we visited."

"Perfect location for our visit; one block from the Nauvoo Temple. The apartment is well stocked and the four bedrooms are spacious and comfortable for a large group. Parking is right on the street and so easy, steps from the front door. We ate at the lower level restaurant for multiple meals and it was great quality and price. The apartment is quiet and cozy and everything you would want for stopping in this small town. "
