It took staff over 30 minutes to get us into our room and then they still could not leave us a door key to get back into our room if we needed to leave and come back. Very inconvenient for us. Someone had to stay in room to let the other in if needed to leave. No offer from front desk to make it right with us. Wish they would remember we are the……

“I first want to say the owners are very nice. I do think they wanted us to feel comfortable and welcome. The house is old and beautiful, my curiosity of growing up near this property made me want to stay here instead of Hampton Inn. The access to the living and dining room was appealing because my family still lives in keokuk and we don’t have anywhere big enough to relax and visit together.
