"Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly, without them the rating would have been lower. The room was basic and tired. Standard continental breakfast was acceptable. Overall the property was in need of some paint and TLC. Loved the hard working staff and made to feel very welcome premises had all the basics but need some upgrades."

"The room was in a generally poor state - there were no proper blinds, just a light voile, so there was no way to darken the room. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The central heating was not working, so there was an air conditioner with a heating function, which was very noisy. The seal from the shower screen was not intact anymore, so there was plenty of water leaking. The toilet seat was not fixed, but only lying loosely and had no lid. The location was convenient and staff...

"This hotel is a practical ski hotel on the slopes. Generally, it is fine, it has a good spa and the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was catastrophically bad. In addition to this we had a very surreal experience when there was veal on the menu and we were instead served turkey. Staff argued at length that it was veal. I have never had such an experience in my life before. The senior staff went to great lengths to make up for it but the food was really terrible every day....
