The Sails was easy to get to and the suite was spotless. We ended up arriving later than the office was open due to a late ferry arrival, but they easily helped us get our key. Thank you so much for everything! We loved our stay with you!

Had a wonderful stay! The room was very lovely, comfortable, and clean. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. And we were a 15 min walk into city center, 30 min walk to the center of NZ, and 50 min walk to the beach when we were feeling very ambitious. Would definitely stay again.

Spent two nights with my wife. Staff was very nice and helpful in providing information about property and the town. We really enjoyed the restaurants and shopping in town which is walkable from the Sails. Room was modern and comfortable. Very nice shower in the bathroom.

Well appointed accommodation

We stayed for a few days and couldn’t be happier with our accommodation at Sails. The room was full of everything we needed, even herbal teas and coffee machine - real milk each day too. It was convenient to shops and restaurants and the the owners were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
