Very disappointing hotel not a 4star hotel.

"We were looking forward to our visit, but were left somewhat disappointed. The hotel is very tired and in need of renovating. The room didn’t have the facilities advertised with no coffee tea making facilities or kettle. (With an expectation you buy a coffee for 55NOK!) Decoration was very worn and ..."

"Where to start. The door to our room couldn’t be opened so we sought assistance. It turned out the door was jammed due to not fitting the surround. The lock was nearly impossible to open/ close. The chairs were unbearable. The shower was lukewarm while basin water was very hot. No blackout curtains. ..."
