"Over the past two months, I’ve felt incredibly safe staying at this hotel. After my car was stolen from the parking lot in July, the hotel took immediate action. Since then, every night when I returned, I noticed a security guard patrolling the parking area in a vehicle with flashing lights. It gave me a great sense of reassurance. The hotel staff and management handled everything swiftly and professionally. I truly felt valued and cared for as a guest. "
