This air conditioned 31 sq. m apartment is located on the 4th floor with a lift and includes: \- a cosy living room with a comfortable one person sofa bed and a splendid view overlooking the bay of Antibes, \- a nice bedroom with a double bed, \- a fully equipped kitchen: coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, \- a bathroom with shower, \- hoover, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing facilities, \- TV, Wi-Fi, \- an underground parking lot, \- two sunbeds and a beach umbrella are available in the apartment's storage room. → Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure. → Our guests will be provided with all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo ##Neighborhood The apartment is located at the edge of the Mediterranean seafront, along the pedestrian promenade from Nice to Villeneuve-Loubet, close to the Hippodrome. You will be able to access easily to a couple of well-known attractions like Marineland, the old Antibes and the Picasso museum of Antibes. Mais il est très mal entretenu. Après avoir réparé le sommier dont il manquait des pieds, réparé la porte de la douche, acheté une poubelle manquante, rajouté une alèse de propreté sur le matelas et faire un peu de ménage le séjour à été parfait !!! Il est très bien situé, la vue sur la mer est très agréable et il y a de belles promenade à faire.
