"Overall, the host was very responsive and tried to help us, but unfortunately 3 major things went wrong.1. The electricity in the kitchen didn't work at first, and the GFCI switch in the bathroom that controls the kitchen(?) is finnicky.2. The roads were not plowed until the afternoon, causing us to get stuck even with snow chains.3. The water ran out on the second night. The pressure slowed until there was nothing coming out of the pipes, and was only fixed the next morning."

"The home was lovely and had many things that seem minor but make a huge difference to me. I stay at VRBO’s often, and this place had all the minor details covered- blankets to cozy up with on sofa, bottled water and light snacks available after a long drive, and extras of things- towels, shampoos, etc. Great place! "

"This home provided my family with a great summer getaway! The neighborhood is lovely and very friendly. There are nearby hiking trails and beautiful views. It's a short drive to the lake and to the restaurants in Incline Village. The house is very clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay again!"
