"We stayed one night. We got in late, so the hotel manager knew who we were the minute we walked in. Our room was right down the hall. The hallway to the rooms is interior open space with nice decorations, and our room was right there, very fun classy entryway. Everything was just so neat and precise. It was perfect for getting settled in. The breakfast was beyond anything you ever get in the US. Really exceptional! And any staff we spoke with was polite and friendly and helpful. Top to bottom...

"It couldn't be closer to the train station/ferry terminal. It took all of a minute to walk there. Checkin took one or two minutes. There is an elevator which holds three or four people. Walking in the old town area where the hotel is is a pleasure with all the shops and cafés. It's very close to Kronborg Castle as well. We did not take advantage of the breakfast so I have no comments about it. It's a good value hotel. I believe it's the same hotel where I stayed in 1979 and it is just as fine as it was back then. Highly recommended."
"I had a fantastic stay at Frederiksdal Sinatur Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the room was. The bed was very comfortable. Although there was no air conditioning or could not find the controls, the room stayed pleasantly cool throughout my stay, which made it very comfortable
The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area or commuting to Gentofte!"
