"When booking this place looked great for our needs.....but after paying and getting checkin info we found out the pool was closed but yet there were people swimming but our key cards would not open the door. 1 of 3 of our cards worked at all.
They said there was parking for trailers and showed a large parking lot but thats not the one for trailers we had to park about 2 miles away and walk back. The unit was clean and nice and comfortable but the AC did not work thank god they had fans and the...
"Not a pleasant experience. We booked this place and was notified less than 48 hours prior that they accidentally overbooked due to computer error and cancelled our reservation. Management was less than friendly nor did they try to find us another accommodation. A simply "sorry" is poor customer service which left us in a bind at the last minute. Will not book here again. "
"Don’t book this place! I booked a last minute special deal for four nights. I tried to check in and could not. I called the number provided by hotels.com, the only contact information I was provided. The phone went directly to voicemail without providing any check in information. I called hotels.com customer service (twice) and the couldn’t get through either. My credit card was charged for all 4 days and I am still fighting for a refund."

"Property is very nice, but the staff is excellent! Couldn't have asked for nicer staff. Power was out in the entire valley when we arrived, but the wonderful desk lady got us into our room, kept us updated and got us room keys as soon as possible! Service with a smile is priceless!"
"The rooms were clean the beds were comfortable that was always coffee and the guest area the only bad thing is they didn't have their chemicals balanced in their pool gave a very strong odor of so the pH wasn't right or something but anyway other than that that was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip"
