Excellent walking distance to the beach and ice cream shop. Well maintained property outside. The inside is a very large space but is getting dated and could use some repairs, fixing up and replacing of torn bed linens, shower curtains, outdoor entry carpet, etc. The pool is useless without a heater, it was unbearably cold. The cleaning service they use does not do an adequate job between rentals, found numerous personal belongings under beds and closets, hair in the shower drain, etc from previous renter/(s). Satified property looked exactly like it did on the website. Was in a very convenient location to stores and the beach. No complaints. Had a little trouble operating the TV'S probably because we weren't familiar with the cable company and the equipment. Finally figured it out though. The property was located in a very quiet community, but the people we did encounter were very friendly.
