  • Location: in a central position, just 350 meters from the beach, with all the main services of the town easily reachable on foot.



    Description: apartment on the first and top floor of a recently renovated building, ideal for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. It is spread over two levels: entrance floor with living room, dining table, and single pull-out bed – separate kitchen, new and equipped with washing machine – bathroom with shower; upper floor with double bedroom and second bedroom with bunk bed.

    The property is completed by: air conditioning with split units in the living area and in the hallway of the sleeping area – pets allowed.



    The price includes:

    - rental

    - consumption of water, electricity and gas

    - 24 hour on-site assistance

    - initial and final cleaning

    - the supply of bedroom and bathroom linen for all beds in the house
