“We are Modesto Birth & Beyond, a Doula Group, and we celebrated two of our Doulas who are pregnant with a small little sprinkle! It accommodated all eight of us comfortably. The kitchen is an updated modern farmhouse with an open layout. Also, a lovely butler’s pantry too. We were able to make dinner as well as breakfast! We will be back!! ”

“This was a cute place, close to Yosemite with access to food and small establishments in Groveland. The location was nice, the property was beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom wasn’t great. It was pretty tiny, I’m an average sized person and the toilet was crammed even for me, and the shower head was so low I struggled to wash my hair - I’m 5’5. I’m assuming they have a septic tank, which seemed to be backed up just based on how everything was draining. The shower...

“The home was so beautifully furnished and kitchen was equipped with high end dishes and everything you could need. Slept so well and beds were very comfortable and cozy. We spent the days in Yosemite, taking in the grand sites, with evenings spent relaxing on the deck or at the dining room table. Lots of wildlife to enjoy with our morning coffee. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!”

“Our family of 11 from 3 to 70 had a great time! The house was great for us and Megan was very responsive! Easy access to the house and the lake/beach was wonderful! Kids loved the pool table/play room, but didn’t want to sleep downstairs by themselves so if you’re planning to have young kids in the one bedroom downstairs they may not want to be there by themselves. All other bedrooms are upstairs (worked out for us, just an FYI). Kitchen has everything you need! One of the best equipped kitchens...

“This is truly a home away from home.. We visit my wife’s family yearly in Groveland and this house is our go to. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable and cozy. Our family enjoyed our stay here. We make new memories every time we visit. The lake is a 10 minute walk away which we did. The house having a EV charger is a plus! They have made some upgrades since our last visit which is a plus. ”
