"My stay was okay since this wasnโ€™t my first time here, but the experience felt sharper than expected, almost to the point where I wasnโ€™t sure Iโ€™d want to return. I received a call shortly after 11:00 reminding me of checkout, and while I understand the policy, the tone felt rushed and a bit impolite. Being told there would be extra charges if I stayed past 11:20 came across as unnecessarily strict. I believe itโ€™s important for customers to have a consistent experience from check-in to check-out. Checking in was great, but the checkout experience left me questioning things."
