OCEAN FRONT, 4 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom Beach House, if you want a week at the beach that you will never forget!
Enjoy the glorious vistas of the ocean and beach from the deck in front of your unit of the beach house.
This unit is on the lower level of the house, below the boardwalk, has 4 bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and Ocean Front deck. It has 2 televisions, free wi-fi/internet, and a fully stocked kitchen. There are 2 full beds in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a king bed in the 3rd & two twins in the 4th bedroom. There is also a blow up mattress in the living room.
Kitchen has microwave, stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and all dishes/utensils. There is air conditioning throughout unit.
Since the unit is ocean front, you are steps away from the beach. We have 4 beach chairs for your use to bring down to the beach.
The house is located right on the boardwalk. You can enjoy a stroll to all the restaurants, shops, rides and entertainment and head back to your beach house.
This beach house is custom decorated with a beach décor. There is a deck in front of the house on the boardwalk that has very comfortable balcony furniture. Spend mornings out on the deck having your coffee and enjoying the sun as you watch the ocean and the beach.
Your rental stay comes with 2 designated parking space.
Please note: No pets are allowed, guests must be 25 or older to rent, we are family friendly, we have quiet hours between 10pm - 8am and this is a non-smoking building.

Convenient & Cozy
We stayed at the Cove with a group of friends to attend the Ocean's Calling Music Festival. The place was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and convenient to all of the attractions along the boardwalk. The deck on the boardwalk makes for great ocean views and people watching.

Wonderful location!
Had a wonderful week. Close to everything. Ceilings are low which really isn’t an issue but a couple of the door frames are very low(under 6 ft). Not good if you’re tall. Also had an issue using hairdryer in one bedroom. Tripped the breaker a few times but the property manager was very responsive. Overall it was a fantastic week.

Family Vacation
We were looking for a place where my entire family and spouses could come and this was the perfect place. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and the AC units keep it at a nice temperature. The 4 bedrooms made enough room for the eleven of us. The concrete pad in front of the door was a perfect place for us all to sit at night and watch the people going by on the boardwalk while allowing us some privacy. It was right on the boardwalk so we just crossed the boards and we were on the beach. It is also the perfect spot for the beach because it is very close to the water so we weren’t walking a long way in the sand to get to it. We all had a great time and Sean was right on anything we asked him about. Thanks so much and the next time we head to Ocean City we will definitely stay there again.

Overall the location and venue was fantastic! Loved being able to walk out the front door and be right at the beach or super close to restaurants. The patio area of the Cove was great for little ones to be able to draw with chalk and the picnic table was definitely utilized. However the ceilings are low, which was unexpected, especially to anyone over 6 feet tall.

Great Location!!!
We loved our stay at the Cove! The place was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The only downside was the bathrooms were small but I knew that beforehand and it wouldn't stop me from staying there again in the future. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the action further down the boardwalk but far enough away to make it quiet in the evenings and overnight. The beds were all extremely comfortable and that never happens! There are only two parking spaces but plenty of free on street parking within a block or two. We will definitely consider booking again next year!

My family & I already rank our week at the Beach Cove as one of our favorite family vacas ever. First and foremost, this location simply cannot be beat. Directly on the board walk- literally steps from cool restaurants, bars, shops, bike rentals, and obviously the ocean. The beach was clean & the water was clear and sea weed free. The unit itself was immensely relaxing. There was plenty of space, it was very well kept, the air conditioners worked perfectly, and though it may seem trivial, the beds were ridiculously comfortable. We made so many awesome family memories over the week. Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us!

We had a great stay here. One of the bedrooms is very large, which was great!! The doorways/ceilings are a bit low, so keep that in mind for those taller than 6’1”. The bedroom that has the twin beds has an extra low door frame so be careful. Overall, we loved the unit. Very comfortable beds. The location and the outside deck area were the best!! Wonderful communication with owner and Sean, the site manager, was very helpful.

Amazing Location with boardwalk and beach within feet
I can not be more happy with this property or Sean the on site manager. We were in the Cove, which is the bottom floor of this property, there are 3 floors available. Check in and Check Out progress absolutely smooth process. Our family of 10 were quite comfortable with the space and the location. The Keurig was heaven sent on the first morning with the pods to get us going. Thank you! The property sits on the boardwalk, great for people watching and college aged kids were able to roam freely with tons to entertain them. The property is between 12th and 13th street... getting to the parking area through an alley. I can go on and on about the location... just prefect for us. Yes, in the Cove on the bottom floor (basement level), the ceilings are low. However, our 6 ft 5 inch son was able to walk through the house just fine... the tip of his hair did touch the ceiling. If you are tall be aware the ceilings are low. For the rest of us... we were just fine. The beds were comfortable, the Cove had 1 king, 2 twins and 3 full size beds plus an air mattress and we made it all work for 10 adults. Can't speak more highly on this rental. 100% wanting to come back to it next year.

Spend a great time in The Cove. Very nice accommodations for our party of 5 but had enough room for 4-5 more people. Ground level but needed to go up a level to the beach. Loved sitting on the porch on tge boardwalk. Sean was very helpful and attentive and Lynda was very easy to work with before arriving. The bathrooms were a little tight.

Absolutely perfect trip!
The house was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The property manager Sean was very nice. He came through immediately with any requests. It was absolutely amazing. The sand pit for the kids was great. They were playing in it in the evenings with the lights of the boardwalk shining over them. That was a nice perk for them. We will definitely be booking this property again. I definitely give the property manager and the property a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️rating. Thank you Sean and Lynda for a wonderful experience.
