Had a wonderful stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Ocean City! The staff was incredibly welcoming and excellent throughout our trip. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept perfectly. Highly recommend!

Is a real nice place conveniently located I recommend it for people that want to go to Ocean City Maryland. The only thing is if you want to enjoy the boardwalk it’s a little bit far. You have to walk or drive down to at least 27th St. from 130th.

Good location in North Ocean City with friendly staff. Didn't feel we should have been charged for parking, especially during the week when the lot was half empty. Good breakfast and spacious room. Walls were a little thin and the shower pressure was weak.

Staff was helpful, friendly and efficient, but the property is in need of a bit of TLC. The Ice machine on the 5th floor was broken, room carpet was dirty, our shower head needed replacement, the gym machine attachments didn't work, treadmill was out of order, door didn't close properly in our room and the laundry requires 12 quarters per wash or dry but the hotel was out of quarters... Overall, we had a good stay and it was relatively hassle-free but these little details need attention.

What I liked about the property was that it was near the beach; literally walking distance. Breakfast was great, hot breakfast every morning . Staff were kind and helpful. Parking was tight; if you have a big car is challenging to park inside the garage. The room was clean. The only thing was that the air conditioner was dripping due to condensation. Part of the carpet was wet and I kept forgetting about it and kept stepping on it. Which was uncomfortable. The pool was ok. I really liked that towels were available.

The bath did not contain a anti-slip pad, so I used the soap tray as a grab bar. Room service was every three days (unless requested). So, we almost ran out of TP. The indoor pool was small, but adequate, Bed was reasonably comfortable, except the fitted sheet kept coming loose. Overall, a two-star hotel.

The breakfast was delicious, clean rooms and great accessible parking. The staff was also very friendly and helpful however housekeeping was going to help us clean something that spilled and hours later never came, we needed new towels as well that never got delivered so we had to refollow up at that point they had already left and we had to have help from the desk. The ice machine was working for some ice and then stopped working, which was unfortunate on the hot day.

For the cost of the room it was a huge disappointment when we walked into the bathroom, and there was a sign that said housekeeping only upon request. It appeared that the bathroom had been redone, but very poorly. The sink was extremely shallow. There was a single door on the shower and the water would go everywhere when you were trying to shower. You needed the bath mat and a bath towel to catch the overflow from the shower. The toilet was so low to the ground, I felt like I was in a preschool bathroom. Also the tile behind the toilet, was falling off the wall. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were awful. The sofa in the suite felt like it should’ve been retired about 20 years ago. It was so uncomfortable. My husband sat on the desk chair while watching television, and I laid on the bed. On a positive note, the breakfasts were excellent. There was a very nice selectionof food foods and beverages. This was our first visit to a Choice Hotel and it will be our last.
