I prepaid, as required, for this place for a family vacation. When I arrived and attempted to check-in, the place was no longer available. This meant that my family of 6, including 3 kids (11 and under) were left without a hotel on Christmas. I cannot evwn begin to explain how heartless this act was. Please, never rent from here.

If your ready for a true cultural experience of Jamaica this is the place. It’s clean, it’s in a great tourist location. Modern newly built community. If your looking for that resort feel, this is not the place. This is not a place for a girls trip either. This place is better suited for family or couples. But don’t be discouraged it’s safe, semi luxurious and a true experience of the culture. The people were nice and friendly it’s just their way of life.

We stayed in Cool Shade last year and saw The Crest constructing, amazing they finished this quickly. Couldn't resist renting this place. The host was very professional and we had a quick but enjoyable stay.
