"The hotel was an excellent choice for my budget. Its location is fantastic, being close to many restaurants and the Jinhae Market. The bar area is just a short 5-8 minute walk away. I’m giving it 4 stars only because of the limited parking garage and the grassy lot next to the building. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it."
"Clean, cozy room with all the amenities but nothing exceptional here. What's great is the proximity to the port and great restaurants. They also have a nice rooftop terrace."
"The staff has great communication and is very accommodating. I told them I was checking in late and they sent me the information needed to access my room and other directions. Housekeeping was good and left everything that I needed since we woke up after cleaning hours. Blanket was very comfortable and room was in good order. The hotel has a chicken burger restaurant on the floor of the main street. "
"Charged extra for pet even though it stated no fee for pet. Also they gave me hard time about my 3 lbs mini bichon even thought it’s pet friendly hotel. No lights in the hallway until night time and it’s dim red. Owners are rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. I honestly do not know how they stay open or why Expedia would advertise for them. "

"The cleaning was regular every morning. As a motel, there wasn't any cooking facilities and I had to eat all my meals outside, which was not ideal. There was a smell of cigarettes as if someone before me had smoked, and that smell didn't go away for days. The cleaning could have been improved on that front. "
