The staff here were exceptionally friendly and helpful and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting the Ripon WI area. Oh and it included a full hot breakfast! So I basically had to pay for 2 nights. I bought your insurance and it has been very difficult to get my money back for the 4th. Still not resolved. Hotel staff was pleasant but our bed was uncomfortable. It has cheap mattress cover which came off the bed during the night. Sheets had a hole. Wallpaper in the bathroom coming off wall above the shower. Shower doesn't drain. Breakfast was good. Our room was a “suite” and had a jetted tub but the tub was in the room, not private. She was rude and she and I had words. Looking at the money we spent for 5 days should not have to put up with barking dogs or mouthy employees We were put on 2 nd floor which was not convenient for us. Everyone else was lovely. She also asked for my email but didn't check that it was accurate, so I never received an email with the invoice. I had to ask what room we were in and they didn't say what floor. Toilet seat in our room had urine on it; I had to clean it before using it. Freezer in the refrigerator was frozen solid and froze the fridge door shut. Called the front desk and no one would answer, so we had to go to the front desk to let them know of the issues. They did offer to put us in a different room and we didn't choose to do so. They did take money off at least.
